Our factory passed IS014001 and ISO9001, and the air filters we produced also passed many certificates inc.CE,ROSH,TTRI and so on.
CRAC HEPA Filters production strictly follow the standard EN 1822, medium filter and Pre filter follow the standard EN 779 and ISO 16890.
HEPA Filter Quality Assurance
We have clean class 100000 clean room work shop, all of our HEPA filters production from clean room work shop. Before the package, all filters need passed air flow, leak and efficiency quality inspection which can make sure every filter in high quality we sent to our customers.
Product Range and Technical Expertise
CRAC have very professional designer team ,we follow customer’s requirements design and production.
We have extensive practical experience in environments ranging from Class 1 to 100,000, serving clients primarily from industries such as central air conditioning, electronics, pharmaceuticals, spray coating, precision machinery, medical institutions, and scientific research organizations.
For the air filter series, our factory mainly produce Pre Air Filter, Medium Air Filter, and HEPA Air Filter (such as Pre filter &Medium filter in Cardboard frame, Washable Panel filter in aluminum frame, Bag filters in Coarse &Medium efficiency, V-bank Mini-Pleated Filter, Activated carbon chemical filter, High temperature resistance filters,Anti-bacterial filter, ULPA/HEPA Mini-pleated filters, Aluminium Foil Separator Filter, Fan Filter Unit and so on).
The clean room equipment mainly include Coarse efficiency winding filtration equipment, air shower, pass box, HEPA Unit, bio-pharmaceutical equipment, Laboratory equipment, etc.
