Fixed Filter Frame for Panel Filter and Bag Filter

Widely used in different kinds of Panel type pre-filter and Bag filter holding frame.

Fixing and Supporting: Provides stable support for the air filter, preventing it from shaking, deforming, or detaching under airflow impact.

Ensuring Sealing: Prevents unfiltered air from "short-circuiting" through gaps between the filter edges and the frame, ensuring all air passes through the filter media.

This is the most common type, typically made of metal (such as galvanized steel sheet, aluminum profile) or plastic.

Features:

Simple structure and low cost.

Usually used with panel filters (primary, medium efficiency).

Installation is mostly done by sliding the filter into a slot from one side, or securing it via clamping strips or magnetic strips.

Common Designs:

Slot-Type: The frame has guide slots; the filter is inserted directly.

Clamping Strip / Clip-Type: After placing the filter, it is pressed tightly against the frame using metal clamping strips or plastic clips.

Magnetic-Type: The frame is equipped with magnetic strips, allowing it to be directly attached to a metal air handling unit or air vent for easy removal.

Specifically designed for installing bag filters.

Features:

The frame has multiple openings, each equipped with a set of clamping devices (such as spring clips, cam lock handles).

During installation, the flange of the bag filter is placed into the opening, and then the lock handle is actuated to press and seal it tightly.

Excellent sealing; replacing a single bag does not affect the others.

Common Designs:

Single-Bag / Multi-Bag Holding Frame: Depending on airflow requirements, one frame can hold from 1 to multiple bag filters.

The cam lock handle is the most common fastening method, offering effortless operation and reliable sealing.
