G1 G2 G3 G4 Ceiling Filter - High Efficiency Synthetic Fiber Filters from China Suppliers and Factory
Application Area
Ceiling Filter are widely used in the end of air supply systems in clean rooms, painting workshops, hospitals, commercial vehicles/passenger cars, large commercial buildings, and other places, serving as the first filtration barrier. Its core function is to filter larger particles in the air, such as dust, hair, and lint, to protect the medium-efficiency and high-efficiency filters and equipment downstream.
Main Characteristics
-
High Breathability: The fluffy fiber structure offers low resistance and high air ventilation.
-
High Dust-Holding Capacity: The interwoven fibers form a three-dimensional structure, allowing for greater dust retention.
-
Cost-Effective: Relatively low production cost with high cost performance.
-
Stable Performance: Moisture-resistant, mold-proof, and not easily aged, ensuring a longer service life.
-
Compatibility with Other Materials: Often combined with metal mesh, plastic mesh, or fiberglass mesh to enhance strength and prevent deformation of the filter pad.
-
Appearance: Usually white or green, with a soft texture similar to thick non-woven fabric.
The Efficiency of Ceiling Filter
Service Life of Filters
As dust accumulates on the filter media, the resistance increases. When the resistance reaches an unreasonable level, the filter must be discarded.
Sometimes, excessive resistance can cause previously captured dust to become dislodged and re-enter the airflow; when this risk arises, the filter should also be replaced.
The resistance of a filter increases with higher airflow rates. By increasing the surface area of the filter media, the relative velocity of air passing through the filter can be reduced, thereby decreasing the resistance.
