H14 Disposable Glass Fiber HEPA Filter
Application area
Electronics Industry: Semiconductor, integrated circuit, LCD panel production workshops.
Pharmaceutical and Bioengineering: Sterile preparation, filling lines, vaccine production, biological laboratories.Healthcare: Operating rooms, sterile wards, ICUs.
Food Industry: Aseptic packaging workshops.Precision Instrumentation, Aerospace, and other places with extremely high requirements for air cleanliness.
Main Structure and Components
A typical disposable integrated HEPA filter usually includes:
HEPA/ULPA Filter Media: HEPA or ULPA filter paper, folded into dense pleats to increase the filtration area.
Metal Frame/Housing: Usually made of galvanized steel, aluminum profile, or stainless steel, providing structural strength.
Plenum: The cavity above the filter where air from the duct stabilizes and equalizes in pressure, ensuring air passes uniformly through the entire filter surface.
Damping Diffuser Panel: Located on the air outlet side, usually a perforated plate or grille, its function is to further equalize airflow and protect the fragile filter media.
Sealing Material: Sealing is completed at the factory (e.g., on the knife-edge), ensuring no leakage.

The efficiency of HEPA Filter
The efficiency of currently available high-efficiency filters ranges from 99.9% to 99.999999%, and they can be selected based on specific requirements. The rational selection of filter efficiency and face velocity contributes to comprehensive economic benefits.

Main Advantages
Guaranteed Filtration Efficiency and Sealing: The entire assembly and testing are completed in the clean room workshop, ensuring extremely high sealing and avoiding leakage risks associated with on-site installation.
Easy Installation, Saves Labor and Time: During on-site installation, the entire module only needs to be hoisted or placed into the T-grid ceiling frame and secured with special clamping devices (e.g., crab claws, spring clips), significantly shortening the construction cycle.
Reduced Leakage Risk: Being a fully sealed unit and strictly leak-tested at the factory, its leakage risk is much lower than that of traditional HEPA filter systems assembled on-site.
Neat and Aesthetic Appearance: The integrated design gives the clean room ceiling a flat, uniform look.
Easy Management: Replacement is straightforward, and record-keeping is clear (each unit has a unique serial number), making it very suitable for industries with strict validation requirements like GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
Service Life of Filters
As dust accumulates on the filter media, the resistance increases. When the resistance reaches an unreasonable level, the filter must be discarded. Sometimes, excessive resistance can cause previously captured dust to become dislodged and re-enter the airflow; when this risk arises, the filter should also be replaced. The resistance of a filter increases with higher airflow rates. By increasing the surface area of the filter media, the relative velocity of air passing through the filter can be reduced, thereby decreasing the resistance.
