High Temperature Resistance Aluminium Foil HEPA Filter - China Suppliers Factory with Exceptional Efficiency
Filter Media
This is the core of the filter, determining its filtration efficiency.
Primary Material: Glass Fiber Paper
Characteristics: This is the most common and cost-effective high-temperature resistant filter media. Depending on the formulation and manufacturing process, its long-term temperature resistance typically ranges from 250°C to 400°C.
• Ceramic Fiber Paper: Excellent temperature resistance, suitable for long-term use in environments from 500°C to 800°C or even higher.
• Sintered Stainless Steel Metal Fiber Felt: Temperature resistance can exceed 600°C.
• PTFE Membrane Laminated Media: Suitable for medium-temperature applications (e.g., continuous operating temperature ≤ 260°C).
Separator
Primary Material: Aluminum Foil | Other Materials: Stainless Steel Foil
Sealant / Adhesive
Primary Materials: High-Temperature Silicone or Inorganic Adhesive
Frame
The frame is the structural skeleton of the filter and must be robust and heat-resistant.
Gasket

For filters made of the same material, higher efficiency typically results in greater resistance and higher cost, while lower efficiency leads to reduced resistance and cost. Altering the air velocity will also affect resistance, efficiency, and the number of filters required, so appropriate selection should be made according to specific conditions.

As dust accumulates on the filter media, the resistance increases. When the resistance reaches an unreasonable level, the filter must be discarded.
The resistance of a filter increases with higher airflow rates. By increasing the surface area of the filter media, the relative velocity of air passing through the filter can be reduced, thereby decreasing the resistance.
