The Tula plant wholly owned by Great Wall Motors in Russia was officially completed and put into operation on June 5, 2019. This project mainly involves the replacement of automobile spray paint, paint, room paint, fog filter and junior high school filter. After using the paint mist filter of CRAC purification, the initial electroplating inner frame filter and the medium effect bag filter, the external air is filtered through the primary filter and sent to the roof by the fan, and then filtered through the top filter and purified again into the room. The air in the room adopts the full drop type, and flows downward at the speed of 0.2-0.3m/s, so that the paint mist particles after painting can not stay in the air, and is discharged directly through the bottom outlet, so as to ensure the clean working environment of the paint room.
